We have two units on screen printing: one unit works with course screen i.e., Carton & Boxes printing and another unit works with fine screen.

Machine : We have 4 Woven Label Machines of Model Muller MBJ3 made in Switzerland and 2 pcs. Hitek made in Italy.

Printer : We have two 4-colour Label Printers. The model is WIN 2000 made in Taiwan. The Machine can print any sort of Satin & Nylon (paper), Ribbon for Headware or any other wears.

Supplies : We have an efficient team, whose members are experienced in different types of Garments with these accessories. Also we have a long experience of this business. Advertising : ALPHA AD has its own media department consisting of Media Manager, Artist, Graphic Designer, Computer section for modern and making advertisement for News Paper, Radio and Television. We have an experience of long 12 years in advertising of product promotion.

DTP Process : We have an efficient computer department consisting of high and powerful computer, scaner, printer with expert operators for composing, design, layout and DTP process. Everything is printed by our press by DTP process. Our DTP process can assure you of quality positive making i. e. quality printing.

Manual Process : We have high quality Process Camera and a Contact Printer to prepare film positive manually. We have a set of plate punch register and film punch register to perform quality process job manually. Also an experienced team of mounting is working for a long period.

Binding : There is a binding section in our press consisting of regular 4-binder, one Poler Cutting Machine, one Stitching Machine, one Perforating Machine and four Numbering Machines. The worker are very much professional and can perform any type of book binding, pad binding, packaging work etc.
